3 Age Restriction Policy

Age is verified at the time of registration. If it is later found that a member opened an account while under 18, the account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals at xxx90 are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Xxx90 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 5x to 20x).
• Bonuses that are not used within the specified period after activation will expire.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will result in account termination.

6 Betting Rules

All betting decisions at xxx90 are final and non-disputable unless a clear technical error can be proven.

• Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, your stake will be refunded.
• Xxx90 reserves the right to void any bet placed with erroneous odds.
• Any bets and accounts suspected of match fixing or manipulation will be placed under investigation.
• If multiple accounts are found placing bets on the same event, all associated bets will be voided.

7 Lottery Rules

Xxx90's lottery service is fully transparent and verified by a third party. Every draw is conducted via live streaming.

• Lottery tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
• Results will be considered final once the draw has been completed.
• Winnings will be credited to your account within 72 hours.
• Large payouts may require additional verification.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xxx90 and may result in permanent account termination:

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Xxx90 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• If suspicious financial transactions are detected.
• Refusing to submit required verification documents.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).

Members may also request account closure at any time. The account will be closed within 72 hours of the request, and any remaining balance will be refunded (excluding bonus balance).

10 Limitation of Liability

Xxx90 is not liable for the following:

• If a game or bet is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
• If account information is compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• If a transaction fails due to delays or errors on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• If services are disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government directives.

11 Right to Amend Terms & Conditions

Xxx90 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and communicated to registered email addresses or phone numbers.
